A 5 physician ENT private practice serving Northwestern Oregon for the past 40 years is searching for a physician to join their team. This group has a fully equipped state-of-the-art onsite surgical center and offers comprehensive ENT-related services to a growing population of over 1,000,000.

Position Details:

• Working with a well-rounded group of physicians allows you to craft your practice around subspecialties if desired
• Opportunity for mentorship from seasoned partners in both clinical and business settings.
• $1,000,000 earning potential after becoming a partner in the practice after year two
• See 25-30 patients per day during a 4-day workweek
• $25,000 sign-on bonus, $25,000 for relocation, 4 weeks of PTO, Health, Vision, Dental, and retirement
